Haymaker Farms Event Center:
Wedding & Reception

  1. Up to 5 hours total farm use time
  2. Decorating Time $35 per hour
  3. Use of event center building for up to 3 hours
  4. Guests must provide and setup wedding cake

PRICING: (with meal service)

  • 30-50 Guests  $1100
  • 51-80 Guests  $1600
  • 81-100 Guests $2000
  • Additional guests over 100 – $15/per guest
  • + $400 additional charge for use of venue (event center and outdoor chapel)

Facility Only Rental

(All General rules apply / farm staff will be on premises)

PRICING:

  • $700 for 3 hours use along with $200 refundable deposit
  • $1000 for wedding/reception use along with $200 refundable deposit

Deposit refunded if all areas are clean and acceptable to event staff member on duty.

RESERVATIONS:

  • 10% Deposit (non-refundable) due at time of facility reservation
  • Remaining balance due 10 days prior to event

EVENT CENTER INFORMATION:

  1. No alcohol allowed on premises
  2. Smoking in designated areas ONLY
  3. No smoking EVER inside any buildings
  4. No Sunday rentals
  5. All meals include iced tea, lemonade, coffee, and water
  6. Soft serve ice cream offered during summer events
  7. Popcorn included in all rentals
  8. Standard table decorating – red tablecloths
  9. Guests may decorate
  10. No permanent decorations can be removed
  11. No tables can be relocated once the agreed layout decision is made
  12. No Left-over food that we provide can be removed from premises
