RESERVATIONS

Payment and Fees For Large Group Gatherings:

Groups over 100 people may require additional service personnel to assist with parking, guest services, and clean-up. These costs will be listed on your event estimate, under service fees.

Your Estimate:

As quickly as possible, our event planners will prepare for you an itemized written estimate for your event.

Payment and Agreement:

Once both parties agree to the estimate, including verifying dates, cost and activities, a 10% non-refundable down payment is due to reserve the farm. The remaining balance can be paid in payments over the time period between booking and up to 10 days prior to the event.
